Each project is viewed and studied by our translations coordinator, and an obligation free quotation is sent to you within 24 hours of receiving the original document, detailing all costs.

Normal project turnaround is 2-3 working days. We do have Rush (next day) rates or Urgent (same day) rates.

Larger projects will take longer. We can work with you to set out a timeline that meets your deadlines and requirements.

Discounts may apply for larger projects or for the same project into several languages.

Payment should be made on the 20th of the month following receipt of our invoice, through cheque or funds transfer.

When Coca Cola was first introduced into China they named it Ke-Kou-Ke-La. Only after thousands of signs had been printed did they discover that the phrase means "bite the wax tadpole" or "female horse stuffed with wax", depending on the dialect. Coke researched 40,000 Chinese characters to find Ko-Kou-Ko-Le, which can be roughly translated as "happiness in the mouth."
