New Zealand China Trade Association (NZCTA)
NZCTA is a long-established private-sector trade council that works towards the ongoing improvement of trade ties between New Zealand and the People Republic of China. They needed a revitalised and modern identity, while still presenting a conservative, distinguished image to senior government officials across both cultures.
NZCTA’s new brand is designed with Chinese and English versions, each using the other language as a background texture. This format provides a strong but elegant banner on the website which brands each page and reminds of the purpose of the association: communication between two cultures.
We’ve also built a distinctive online platform for a comprehensive guide to trade between NZ and China. The site offers a wide range of technical tools, allowing a high level of engagement between the association and members, interested readers and subscribers and officials in NZ and China.
It was important that the website incorporated content in Chinese, both on Chinese-language pages and throughout the English-language sections as well.
